Joe Heshkin of Birmingham, Ala., built this Kinsman Dry Goods seven-eighths-scale locomotive. It uses a Stuart Turner 10v engine, a Roundhouse boiler and Ozark Minatures trucks

Hazime Matsumoto of Chigasaki, Japan, built these four brass passenger cars. Jerry Hyde, Charlie Mynhier and Matsumoto-san look at the cars from afar.

Peter Comley of Sumner, Wash., built this G1MRA Project Loco, which is being fired by Dawn Brightwell of Tacoma, Wash.
